The lamb noodle soup had excellent broth, and the Chongqing chicken é‡åº†è¾£å鸡 was some of the best I've ever had (a favorite dish of mine). But I have to say, they lied. These are NOT hand-pulled noodles as their name claims. The noodles have squared edges, a telltale sign of machine cutting. Hand pulled noodles should be round.
